Quick and Easy Meal

Ever been too tired to make dinner, well here is a quick and easy recipe to try. As you can see from the pic attached,  here are the ingredients:

Drink: hot chocolate powder, cappuccino, granulated sugar,  milk

Prepare: 1tbsp hot chocolate powder or 1 sachet cappuccino,  milk and sugar (to taste),  hot water

Fried plantain: 2 ripe plantain, olive or sunflower oil, salt

Prepare: slice plantain as shown in the picture,  sprinkle a pinch or two of plantain, mix gently

Cook: heat 3tbsp of oil, place sliced plantain one at a time in hot oil, flip with a fork to fry other side. Take out when done (see attached picture)

Fried bread: olive or sunflower oil, 6 sliced of bread, 3 eggs, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 4tbsp milk

Prepare: whisk the 3 eggs, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 4tbsp milk with a fork. Brush egg mixture om both sides of each slice of bread

Cook: grease frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil. Place prepared bread in heated pan. Flip to fry other side (see insert picture)

Serve fried bread on its own, or dust a sprinkle of granulated sugar over it or a tiny bit of Marple syrup.
