OGN's Dumplings

FOR DUMPLING 

INGREDIENTS:

Fortified Wheat Flour 

Rice Flour

Beef Fat

Vegetable Oils (Palm, Sunflower)

Sodium Bicarbonate 

Milk

Salt


METHOD:

1. Empty the 225g dumpling mix into a bowl and slowly add 125ml cold water, mixing as you go.

2. Divide mixture into about eight equal-sized balls.

3: Shape the balls with a little flour on your hands.

4. Put the dumplings into your stew or soup and cook for around 20 minutes.

Then just serve and enjoy.


Top tip:

For extra flavour, add some chopped up fresh herbs to your dumpling mix.
