INGREDIENTS:
Shiitake Mushroom 🍄 (Fry)
Carrot 🥕
Cauliflower
Brocoli
Onion
Spring Onion,
Pasta twists
Chicken Breast
Dumpling
Water,
Vegetable/Rapeseed Oil
Light Soy Sauce
Chicken Stock
Ginger, Garlic Purée
Salt, Turmeric, Paprika
Star Anise, Clove, Cinnamon, Fennel
Cumin Seed, Basil
Coriander Leaf,
Fenugreek Leaf
Red & Green Pepper
Red Chilli, Green Chilli
Chilli Powder, Black Pepper
METHOD
1: Per-boil pasta twists and rinse
2a: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.
2b: Fry the shitake & woodland mushrooms + chicken pieces for 5 mins to soften
3: Add the garlic, carrots and onions and fry for another 5 mins .
4: Add water
5: Stir in the stock, spices and soy sauce; bring to a simmer on a medium heat
5a: Prepare the dumplings
5b: Shape into 8 to 10 small dumplings
6a: Stir in a small portion of parboiled pasta
6b: Put dumpling on top of the sauce.
7: Cook food on a gentle simmer for 15 mins
8: Add brocoli and cauliflower
9: Cook for 5 mins until the dumplings are cooked through.
10: Sprinkle chopped spring onions
